Poor paper quality - you can see through to the next page/when you write on the page the week before, you’ll see it on the other side.
Really disappointing because the diary is beautiful and I love the layout

Absolutely beautiful journal but had to give 9/10 since they don’t deliver to my country yet and had to ask my friend from UK to purchase and send it for me.

The diaries have beautiful designs, I have ordered three so far and a wellness journal. My second diary had gold lining on it that arrived damaged, and I was offered a partial refund or replacement. I took the partial refund as it seemed wasteful to bin a whole new year diary.

My only issue is the layout, the sections of month view, month goals and week view bunched together don't really make sense to me and flicking back and forth between overview and week view for the same month is quite annoying without another bookmark. I'd prefer by month e.g. january overview, goals, then week view, but that's just me. Due to this though I'll probably look for another diary next year.

i have not even received my order yet, but I am more than pleased with the customer service team – specifically Steph! They were so helpful and accommodating, they were able to give me answers onto why I was having issues and provided a solution very quickly and seamlessly. Im very excited to actually receive my order as the stationary they create is gorgeous.

More than helpful company. My order never arrived even though Royal Mail claimed to deliver it. Ellen picked up my email and ensured that my order was reprinted right away and shipped to me ASAP. Will definitely be using Papier again. Products are top quality too!

Ridiculously SLOW. I ordered a gift on December 18th, they claimed they shipped on the 19th. UPS never received it and it never started tracking. When I emailed on January 3rd to check in, their support told me I needed to wait another week until they could send a replacement. Huh? I need to wait 3 weeks with no tracking updates, in order for them to confirm it's lost? Whatever, I waited until January 11th to ask for the replacement. I thought they would just send it, but instead, they said there must be an error with the address and asked me to re-confirm it. I re-confirmed, and still NO gift. It's been 4 weeks! All I ordered was a personalized notebook and a set of stickers. Stay away from this company!

I’ve been getting yearly planners from papier for the last 4/5 years at least, I love the way they’re laid out and the space you get but looking at some of my older planners as opposed to my 2023 planner I can tell the quality of the paper has gone down, really unhappy as you can see straight through to the next page/whatever’s written it’s almost see through which is a shame because I do enjoy them

Bought some items in the Black Friday sale. All arrived swiftly and promptly. Had issue with one item but was dealt with so efficiently and they were a delight to deal with.

AWFUL company. I ordered & expedited invites for my engagement party. My addressing on envelopes was printed wrong. They offered to send me correct invites for free, which then also came without the return addressing that I paid extra for. I’ve had to spend extra time and money running around to obtain return addressing in time to send out my invites. This has been over a week’s ordeal. They are only offering to provide less than 10% compensation for my entire order, which is WAY LESS than what I paid for in just the return addressing additional cost. This company is a scam, stay away!!!!

The website was easy to use. They posted all of my items trackable.
The quality of everything is good.
The diary was exactly what I was looking for with additional bits like goal planning.
The accessories - paper clips etc are good quality, pretty and a really reasonable price.
Would definitely shop with Papier again

The diary would be much better with a flexible soft spine like a bullet journal. It won't lay flat open on my desk on the current week, it springs back shut. I now have to wrestle and flatten each spread every time I open it to get it to lay flat. If it hadn't cost nearly £30 I would buy a different one in all honesty.

Other than that the quality is excellent, paper is lovely and has yearly and monthly plan sections too which are so useful.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong planner. Even though it was my fault they credited my account so I could purchase the right one. Customer service was quick (even on the weekend) and so helpful and friendly. The planners are so lovely and the quality is superb - but the real star is their excellent service.

This was my first time purchasing on Papier and my experience has been 10/10. I made a mistake with my order, so I contacted customer support and they were extremely quick to respond and so helpful. I spoke to Josh which was so kind! I’ll definitely purchase there again.
